Sushant Singh Rajput Death: Actor’s Friend And Assistant Director Rishikesh Pawar Goes Missing After NCB Issues Summons; Agency Conducts Search-REPORT
In a significant development in the actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case, the NCB is searching for the late actor’s friend, assistant Rishikesh Pawar. According to a report by ANI, Pawar is missing after he was issued a summon by the agency in connection to the drugs case
Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s sudden and untimely demise shocked and saddened many close ones and fans. Months after his demise, the court ordered the Central Bureau of Investigation to probe the cause of the actor’s death. Following the death of SSR, apart from the CBI, the Narcotics Control Bureau also started investigating the alleged drug nexus of Bollywood. Now, amidst all that, over six months after Sushant’s death, the NCB issued a summon to a friend of the late actor, who was a member of the film industry.
According to a report on ANI’s Twitter handle, the Narcotics Control Bureau is searching for Sushant Singh Rajput’s friend, assistant director Rishikesh Pawar. The report stated that Pawar is on the run since yesterday. The report also mentioned that Rishikesh Pawar was summoned by the agency. He was issued a summon to appear before the agency, in connection to the drugs case investigated by the NCB, following the death of Sushant Singh Rajput.

So far, many Bollywood celebrities have been summoned by the NCB. Actor Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Arjun Rampal, his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades, Shraddha Kapoor and other members of the film fraternity were also questioned. A few arrests have also been made apart from Rhea Chakraborty’s. Rhea was arrested by the NCB and sent to judicial custody for almost a month.
Meanwhile, it was yesterday when a Bombay High court judge, Justice Shinde said that the late actor’s face revealed he was ‘innocent and sober’ during the hearing of the plea filed by his sisters, challenging the FIR filed by Rhea Chakraborty against them. Earlier, Sushant’s father KK Singh had filed a case of abetment of suicide against Rhea and her family members.
